Taaziya-daari ka bayaan :

★ Imaam e Ahle Sunnat aur Radd e Bid’at ★

(1) Taaziya Mamnoo’aa hai. Shariat me is ki koi asl nahi hai.
Taaziya banaana, dekhna, chadhaava chadhaana, niakaalna, aur us ki kisi aqeedat ya kuchh tasawwur karke Ta’azeem karna sakht haraam hai.

(2) Moharram me Taaziyadaari wa Seena kubi Haraam hai.
(Fataawa Razawiya, Jild 24, Safa -141)

(3) Taaziya (ka juloos) dekhna bhi jaa’iz nahi.
(Fataawa Razawiya, Jild -24, Safa -143)

(4) Kisi ne agar Taaziye par Mannat maani to ye Nazr baatil aur najaa’iz hai.
(Fataawa Razawiya, Jild -24, Safa -501)

(5) Taaziya, Alam, Sawaari, Mehandi jaise tareeqe [rasm] jaari karna Bid’at hai aur is se Islaam ki shaan badhti nahi hai.

(6) Kuchh utaara, Baaqi toda aur dafan kar diya, Ye har saal maal ko barbaad karne ka Gunaah hai.
Taaziya-daari is Galat tareeqe ka naam hai, Jo Bid’at aur bilkul Najaa’iz wa Haraam hai.

(7) Taaziya ko Haajat ko pura karne wala maanna Jahaalat hai, Is ki Mannat be-waqoofi hai aur na karne me Nuqsaan jaanna wahem hai. Musalman ko aisi harkat se bachna chaahiye.

(8) Taaziye par chadha khaana nahi khaana chaahiye, Agar Niyaaz dekar chadhaayen, Ya chadhaakar Niyaaz den to bhi us ke khaane se parhez karen.

(9) Taaziya banaana aur us par Nazr wa Niyaaz karna, Zarooraten puri hone ki ummeed me Mannate latkaana, Ye saare kaam jis tarah logo me aaj ke zamaane me mashhoor hain, Bid’at aur Haraam wa Najaa’iz hain.

(10) Taaziya aata dekh kar nazren pher len, Us ki taraf dekhna hi nahi chahiye.
(Irfaan-e-Shariat, Jild 1, Safa -15)

(11) Moharram me Marasiya padhna ya us me shirkat karna najaa’iz hai, Wo gunaaho se bhare hote hain.
(Irfaan-e-Shariat, Jild 1, Safa -16)

(12) Moharram me Siyah ya Sabz kapde gham ki nishaani hai Aur gham Haraam hai.
(Ahkaam-e-Shariat, 171)

(13) 1. Kuchh log Muharram ke dino me na to din bhar roti pakaate hain, Na jhaadu dete hain, Kehte hain ke dafn karne ke baad pakaai jaayegi.
2. In 10 dino me kapde nahi badalte.
3. Maah e Moharram me koi Shaadi-biyah nahi karte.

Teeno baaten Gham hain, Aur gham Haraam hai.

(14) Najaa’iz baat ka tamaasha dekhna bhi najaa’iz hai.
(Malfuzaat, Safa -286)

▪▪► Maah e Moharram me 10 roz tak Milaad ki mehfil karna aur Huzoor e akram sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam, Khulfa e Rashideen, Ahle bait, Imaam e Husain, Ashaaba aur Shohda e Karbala radiy-Allāhu ta’ala anhuma ke fazaa’il bayaan karna, isaal e ṡawaab ke liye Qur’an khwaani ya Durood shareef aur Kalma ka khatm karna ya Niyaaz khilaana, Paani aur sharbat pilaana ye sab Bid’at e Hasana aur jaa’iz hai.

Aur Taaziyadaari ya’ni Taaziya banaana aur pure ilaaqe me ghumaana aur juloos ke baad use paani me dafn karna ya taaziyagaah (imaam baada) me rakhna, Taaziya ko sajda karna ya Rooku’ ki tarah jhukna ya Tawaaf ki tarah us ke chakkar lagaana ya use chumna ya taaziya ki tasweere rakhkar use chumna ya use lobaan ya agarbatti wagairah karna ye sab BID’ATE MUKAFFARAH (ya’ni Kufr aur Shirk tak pahunchaane waali) hai.

aur Isi tarah khoon nikaalna, maatam karna, noha karna, kaale kapde pehnna, chokaara karna, naachna aur gaana-bajaana, khel tamaasha karna, Kartab dikhaana aur Aur is me aurto ko saamil hona ya dekhne ke liye baahar nikalna ye sab bhi BID’ATE MUKAFFARAH hai.

♦ Kaafiro ka koi bhi tareeqa ya rasm sahi maankar apnaana bhi KUFR hai.

▪▪► Is liye mo’mino ko chaahiye ke Yaum e Aashura wa Shahaadat Ishq e Rasool ke saath sahi tareeqe se manayen aur ALLĀH ki raza haasil karen.

Maah e Moharram me Nafl Namaaz padhkar aur Tilawaat e Qur’an karke, Zikr o Durood padhkar aur Roza rakhkar aur Khairaat karke Imaame Husain aur Shohada e Karbala aur Ahle bait radiy-Allāhu ta’ala anhuma ko Isaale ṡawaab karen.
Aur Meelaad ki mehfil me samil hokar in Hazraat ke fazaa’il sunkar un ke dars par amal karne ki koshish karen aur Sunnat e Rasool ko apnayen.
Aur ALLĀH ta’ala se un ke waseele se dua karen aur foyuz o barkaat hasil karen.

▪▪► Aur Taaziyadaari aur Tamaam buri bid’ato aur khuraafaat se hamesha bachen aur dusro ko bhi in se bachne ke liye kahen.

Aur jo waqt aur maal in me zaaya karke fuzulkharchi karte hain use sahi ilm e deen sikhne me istemaal karen taake sahi aqeede ke saath sahi amal kar saken.
Namaaz, Tilaawat e Qur’an, Zikr o Durood padhen aur Roza rakhen.
Apne Waalidain aur buzurgo ki khidmat karen.
Saadat e kiraam ki khidmat karen.
Zyada se zyada khiraat karen.
Ghareebo aur mohtaajo aur beemaaro ko imdaad karen.
Taalibaan e ilm ko imdaad karen.

Chand shara’it ki paabandi ke saath Taaziyadaari jaa’iz hai :
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
(1) Taaziya sirf Imaame Husain radiy-Allāhu ta’ala anhu ke Karbala maujood mazaar (dargaah) ke mutaabiq naqsha hona chaahiye.
Magar Taaziya me Turbat banaana na-jaa’iz hai. Isi tarah Taaziya ke andar ya us ke saath Buraaq ya Duldul ghoda wagairah banaana bhi na-jaa’iz hai.
Aur use sirf Imaame Aali maqaam ki dargaah ka naqsha maana jaaye, Taaziya ko Shabi e Imaam Husain maanna galat hai.

(2) Taaziya ko Imaam Husain samajhkar Taaziya se maangna galat hai.
Haan, sirf Imaam Husain aur Ahle bait aur Shohada ke waseele se ALLĀH ta’ala se dua maangna jaa’iz hai.

(3) Taaziya ko paani me dafn karne be-adabi hai. Balke Taaziya ko sambhaal kar ek maqaam par hifaazat ke saath rakha jaaye.
Log us taaziya ke ziyarat karke Imaame Husain aur Shohada e Karbala ki qurbaaniyo ko yaad kar saken.
Taaziya ya’ni Roza e Imaame Husain ki ziyarat karte waqt Ba-adab aur Paak saaf hona zaroori hai.
Taaziya chhoone se bachen taake be-adabi na ho, Sirf khade rehkar ziyarat karen.
Aurten ba-parda ziyarat kar sakti hain.

(4) Taaziya ke saath photo ya video banaana na-jaa’iz hai.
Taaziya ki tasweere rakhkar use chumna ya use lobaan ya agarbatti wagairah karna na-jaa’iz hai.

(5) Mehfile Imaam Husain munaaqid karke Zikre Imaam Husain wa Shohada karna ba-barkat hai.
Juloose Imaame Husain me ba-adab Hamd, Na’at, Manqabat aur Salaat o Salaam padhna jaa’iz hai.
Magar is juloos me Taaziya ko saath lekar ghumaana jaa’iz nahi. Sirf mard baghair taaziya ke zikr karte hue nikle.
Juloos me Maatam, Noha, Chokaara, Naachna, Gaana bajaana, Khel kartab dikhaana ye sab galat aur na-jaa’iz hai.
Aurto ka juloos me ka saamil hona na-jaa’iz hai. Aurten sirf ghar me rehkar juloos me jo Na’at, Manqabat wagairah padha jaaye wo sune.

(6) Isaale ṡawaab ke liye Shabeel banaana, Niyaaz khilaana, Paani aur sharbat pilaana jaa’iz hai.

▪▪► Kuchh sunni sahi ilm e deen na hone ki wajah se sahi amal nahi karte aur khilaaf e shariat amal karte hain.
Hume un ko sahi baat narmi ke saath samajhani hai.

Lekin un nadaan sunniyo ki wajah se koi Imaam e Ahle sunnat aur Maslak e Aala Hazrat ko galat nahi keh sakta.

Aur ye bad-mazhab jo Ahle sunnat wal jama’at ke khilaaf hain
wo bhi sirf aise logo ko dekhte hain jo sunni hone ka dikhaawa karte hain,
Aur phir Maslak e Aala Hazrat ko galat maante hain.

Asl me wo un sunniyo se mile jo shariat e islaam par sahi amal karte hain aur Imaam e Ahle Sunnat ki Kitaaben padhen to
Un ki galat fehmiya door ho jaaye aur unhe pata chale ke Maslak e Aala Hazrat sahi aur behtareen hai aur us me koi baat khilaaf e shariat nahi.

Agar koi sahi ilm na hone ki wajah se sahi baat ko nahi maante to unhe un ke haal par chhod den aur zyada bahes na karen.

Qur’an :
2 Surah al-Baqarah, Aayat 7 :

ALLĀH ne un ke dilo aur kaano par mohar laga di hai aur un ki aankho par parda pad gaya hai aur un ke liye sakht azaab hai.

ALLĀH ta’ala us ke Habeeb sallallāhu alaihi wa sallam ke sadqe me
Sab ko mukammal ishq e Rasool ata farmae aur Sab ko hidaayat ata farmae aur Sab ke Eimaan ki hifaazat farmae aur Sahi ilm e deen haasil karne ki aur Sahi baat samajhne ki taufiq ata farmae aur Sahi nek amal karne ki aur gunaaho aur buri bid’ato aur khuraafaat se bachne ki aur Yaum e Aashura wa Shahaadat sahi tareeqe se manaane ki taufiq ata farmae aur Islaam ka bolbala ata farmae.
Aur in sab baato ko yaad rakhkar amal karne ki aur dusro ko bataane ki taufiq ata farmae.
Aameen.
